with Paola Cavalieri, Luigi Alberto Cippini and Charlotte Tavecchio

Riccardo Crespi gallery, in the context of the group exhibition Anthropocene, presents a panel discussion talk with the participation of Paola CavalieriLuigi Alberto Cippini and Charlotte Tavecchio.
The exhibition places itself within the current scientific and cultural debate, analyzing the possibility that we are living in a new geological era, dominated by the human and pondering on the relations between human and nature in the near future.

The works by Romain Bernini, Stefano Cagol, Simone Cametti, Emma Ciceri, Ingar Krauss, Marcelo Moscheta, Stéphanie Nava, Gioacchino Pontrelli, Lisi Raskin, Lucas Recchione Gentzsch, Zineb Sedira, Caterina Silva, Veronica Smirnoff, Sebastiano Sofia and Gal Weinstein establish a path within which reflection, be it manifest or only hinted at, help to open up possible ways out of this new disturbing scenario.

The exhibition aims at highlighting some aspects of contemporary thought: the way artists reflect an era of change, from a content point of view rather a formal and stylistic one, and the way the work – that has become explicitly political - includes nature as a sphere of interest and critical denunciation, incorporating it into the human with which it interacts, and of which it is also a victim.
